Working for merger with other banks from the initial stage and establishment of financial holding company, he played an important role in post-merger integration. Also he has successfully led multiple projects with other bank as a manager. Notable among these are: Construction of regional revitalization network by 9 regional banks Establishment of framework for banking and securities cooperation In 2014, he started leading the project aimed to build a financial services platform as a "completely new money service". April 2016, his team established iBank Marketing and he became CEO of the company.
